It is everywhere, folks, in every aspect of our lives from the big stuff (Major Hasan cover-up) to the minutia (trademark registration).
Take a look at this. Robert and I registered the name Stop Islamization of America for trademark. It was refused — It reads like a page out of Alice in Taqiyaland. The “news” stories they cite would be laughable if it weren’t so lethal.
The real question is - how can you stop something that has already happened and continues apace.

The applied-for mark refers to Muslims in a disparaging manner because by definition it implies that conversion or conformity to Islam is something that needs to be stopped or caused to cease. See attached dictionary definition. The proposed mark further disparages Muslims because, taking into account the nature of the services (“providing information regarding understanding and preventing terrorismâ€), it implies that Islam is associated with violence and threats. See attached dictionary definition. The trademark examining attorney refers to the excerpted articles from the LEXISNEXIS® computerized database referencing how many Muslims view terrorists as illegitimate adherents of Islam. See attachments. Therefore, the suggestion that Islam equates terrorism would be disparaging to a substantial group of Muslims.

Does “LEXISNEXIS” reveal Islams encouragement for muslims to lie so they can accomplish what the wish to, but could not if they spoke truthfully?

Misinformation is information that is untrue and created to mislead. Islamic Radical Forces are pleased with the lack of critical thinking by enemies. One exception to IRForces’ pleasure are men and women who work in U.S. counter-intelligence, who are troublesome Americans. troubling for Islamic Radical goals.
Warfare creates peculiar and historical documents. Some documents provide information of truths which lead toward resolution of conflict. Consider this book. Of pivotal importance, earlier accepted in the present world conflict, are such as the war-fatwas of Sheik Osama bin Laden and the Al Qaeda leadership.
Also of unusual importance is below, a U.S. defenders’ briefing paper, made public in 2004 and reproduced here. Under the Freedom of Information Act, certain U.S. government documents are in the public domain. This is among this war’s foremost critical thought.
Other documents and writings provide information of falsehoods, which do not lead toward resolution of conflict. Unclassified, and based on Qur’an and other Islamic laws, this U.S. government briefing paper addresses U.S. Department of Defense recognition, and damage-control advice, as to receipt of misinformation from Muslim scholarship, and Muslim men and women increasingly engaged, worldwide, in journalism and media.
Many Muslim scholars abhor the lethal consequences of the Islamic Radical Forces in dead serious war for Allah. They are yet subject to the duties and the sanctions for hypocrites and apostates, which Allah has decreed in the Qur’an. They must understand this.

People can forget, and we never should.
Very few Americans are willing to educate themselves on what Islam teaches - it is not love and peace. They only know the propaganda the media and Islamic organizations indoctrinate them with each day. That is why we are doomed to experience what every country that has allowed it to exist, has experienced - evil in its purest form.
If people only knew the truth, Islam would not be allowed to exist in the USA or any other country. Franklin Graham was right in saying, “Islam is evil.”

Have you contacted higher authorities at the Trademark office, and pointed out the following?
The phrase “Stop IslamIZATION OF America” actually defends separation of Church & State, so it should not be blocked. This is very different from, for example, “Stop ISLAM IN America”, which could conceivably be construed as violating freedom of religion.
Someone somewhere will need to disentangle the fact that Islam preaches a form of government, which thus contradicts separation of church and state, as well as freedoms of speech, press, religion, assembly, and many other of our freedoms, and thus it is contradictory to defend Islam under “freedom of religion”. If moderate Muslims could somehow separate those aspects of Islam that are purely religious or purely cultural from those that are political, then this contradiction (and many other associated problems) might be resolved.

Why is your messenger so threatend by Jews? There is nothing peaceful about him! You are programed by your up bringing that the Jews are the enemy, when you are the enemy of the Jews? I agree that radical islam is the number one threat to this country’s, and most country’s, security. That said, the name you chose does imply that you wish to stop islam in this country. I’m sure there are many people who would be equally offended if there was an organization that claimed to be a human rights group called “Stop the spread of christianity in America” Islam is no more or less fundamentally peaceful then Christianity or Judaism. There are factions or splinters in all groups that take it to the extreme - while Islam might breed more of them or be more contemporary. Ban Islam and ban Christianity, they might not worship the same “God” but they share the same origins. By shunning, banning, or killing off Islam you are doing the same to your brothers and sisters. I’m not a biblical scholar but I think there might be something in there about loving your brother. Why not TM “Stop Islamic Terrorists in America” or “Stop Radial Islamic Terrorists” You blame Americans for not seeing everything your way, maybe you should take off the tin foil cap, they should realize there are really evil people out there who want to kill us, and the two of you can join the rest of us (most of us) in a place called sanity.
Why would anyone expect the Government to support anything against Muslims. The occupant of the White House is a Muslim and has proven it time and again. His cabinet will not refer to Radical Islam, Terrorist attacks, or War on Terror. If he is not Muslim why is he alive. The Koran instructs Muslims to KILL anyone who converts away from Islam. Obama says he is not one so if he is not lying the he should be on a Muslim hit list. I have not heard any threats on his life, consequently he must still be MUSLIM. God Help the United States.

Ah! Finally! Someone with the good sense to understand that in Islam, Church and State are one! You cannot give to Caesar what is Caesars and to God what is Gods, when there is no Caesar only God (and his prophet Mohammed (Peace be with him or some such drivel).
Islam is wholly incompatible with western democracy. And it is that incompatibility that Muslims are using to advance the islamization of America. It is our freedom of religion (please name the islamic state that offers the same), our freedom of speech (please name the islamic state that offers the same),freedom of assembly (please name the islamic state that offers the same)and all of our other freedoms granted to us under the constitution that are now being used against us to support and advance the islamization of America.
Step one is for our lawmakers and defenders of the law to understand that in Islam god and state are one. When and only when this basic concept is understood by all will it become crystal clear that there is no room, no room at all, none, nata, no way, no how, for a religion like Islam to coexist in a western democracy like ours. It is impossible to have both.
